Rika Toutoi (刀敏い.李花 Toutoi Rika Literally meaning; Plum Blossom, Sharp Blade) is a young female Shinigami who is affiliated with the Gotei 13; specifically, the Kidō Corps. She is its current 6th Seat, and has transferred through a number of divisions to reach where she is. She is remarked on her Kidō skills, and is also a close friend of Tenrai Masamune.
