Clou City was the capital city of the Sith Empire, established in a jungle environment on the Sith capital world of Balstros. After the destruction of the Galactic Empire, the remnants of the Sith eventually settled on the remote planet of Bastros. This led to Clou City's rise from a small settlement into a massive metropolitan area that covered a quarter of the planets surface and with most of the planets population. It was the home of many important Sith Lords, most notably the Lord Emperor and his Shadow Council.
