Master Gunnslieb (his name meaning "Beloved of Gunndred") is the founder and leader of the Cult of Gunndred. He was born in the south of the Empire, but he has made contradictory claims as to where, and as to why he fled. No one doubts that he committed a brutal crime and fled justice, and most assume that people are still after him.
