The Pallas 14 system was an inhabited planetary system on the outer fringe of the Milky Way Galaxy. The system consisted of binary stars and three planets – Bezride, Mantilles, and Alondra. In 2269, Mantilles was the most remote inhabited planet of the Federation. Robert Wesley, a retired Starfleet commodore, was the planet's governor. Mantilles had a population of 82 million.
