It was released alongside Limited Edition 2: Yugi Pack and Limited Edition 2: Joey Pack, all three of which were available by mail order through the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. The set features Bandit Keith on the packet and contains three Ultra Rare Monster Cards, which were used by him in the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga.
