Unlike other warforged creations created by House Cannith, warforged scorpions were created by the ancient drow. After the fall of the giants many millennia ago, the drow raided the giants' creation forges, and used them to create warforged in the likeness of their god Vulkoor. The knowledge of their creation has long been forgotten, but the warforged scorpions themselves roam the wilds of Xen'drik.
