Henrietta is a Muppet character from Sam and Friends. Her name was identified in a photo from Jim Henson: The Works. Although there are no known surviving sketches from the show featuring her, she appears in an ad for Esskay Meats (restored for "Henson in High Definition: The Early Years" at Museum of the Moving Image in 2016) with Professor Madcliffe. Referred to as Mildred in this bit, she keeps flubbing lines from the copy for the advertisement.
