Wylander "Wylie" Ilmarin is the NPC proprietor of the Wondrous Bazaar; a merchant at the Seven Suns Coster Market in Protector's Enclave selling various special goods like scrolls of identification and runestones in exchange for Astral Diamonds. She's also the boss of Rhix; a kobold that gives astral diamonds for completing daily quests.
