"Do I frighten you?" —Wesker while teleporting The Phantom Move, AKA the Kousoku Honshin (高速翻身, High-Speed Flip-Over) in Japanese, is Wesker's teleportation special with Wesker using high-speed to translocate himself that can't be seen by the naked eye. This is arguably his most important asset, as it makes for a good defensive tool as well as an offensive tool to quickly in on opponent or escape bad situations.
