Lauren Barch was a member of the Laurier Golden Hawks women’s ice hockey program. Upon graduation from Wilfird Laurier (with an honours degree in psychology), she was the second leading scorer with 108 points for the Golden Hawks. After her playing career, Barch became a competitive fitness model.
