The Ingalls AL-107 is a weapon quite similar to the Assault Rifle. Its like the "older brother" of the Ingalls XGS. It is heavily based off the real-life AKS-74 due to the similar appearence, it's weapon sound, and somewhat similar name. The AL-107 is more powerful than its counterpart, the Agency Assault Rifle.
