He claims whoever is the worthiest one will remove the big boulder to see MojaRico, the relative to the gods who placed the boulder. He says that MojaRico can bless people only with pure hearts. After you removed the boulder only with a "pure heart" Marriot gives you the Angel's Wings. To be able to move the boulder you will need to beat all races, except the Grand Prix and Space Trip, and finish a majority of the biddings.
