The only person shown to have romantic feelings for another character is Orihime towards Ichigo Characters shown to like Orihime are Kon & Shinji. maybe there are others, but I can't think of any right now... The only male shown to like Orhime is Shinji(I don't count Kon as male), However, Chizuro has a crush on Orihime as well.
