Sebastian Stan is a Romanian-American actor, best known for his roles in Once Upon a Time, Gossip Girl and the film Black Swan. He is an only child, and, from age eight to twelve, lived (with his mother) in Vienna. In the Marvel Cinematic universe, he plays James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes.
