Rayburt is a fighting trainer in Cove in Ultima VII. Rayburt revealed that intense meditation was a good way to further one's training, explaining the need for it. He also presented the Avatar his dog Regal, whom he had trained in the art of meditation. After the Avatar had talked with Lord Heather about the various pairings in Cove, Rayburt, when asked about Pamela, answered with a smile that they are one person. He also offered the Avatar training lessons for a price.
