CAPT. GEARS is a technological genius. His first big invention came when he helped bring Robo-JOE to life by integrating human muscles and brainwaves with robotic battle armor and computer circuitry. This process led to the development of power fighter units that operate as extension of the pilot’s own body, only with a lot more firepower and combat capabilities.
