Daniel Hugh Kelly (born August 10, 1952) is an American actor who appeared in the NCIS Season 11 episode, The Admiral's Daughter (episode). He also appeared in NCIS: Los Angeles. He is best known for his role in the 1980s TV show Hardcastle and McCormick where he played the ex-con Mark "Skid" McCormick.
