Diana and her brother have been living behind the Old Willis Place for a short time but to them it feels like forever. They are not allowed to leave their property or reveal themselves to anybody. But when a new caretaker moves there with his daughter, Diana is tempted to break the rules and show herself so that she can finally have a friend. She needs to get the daughter's help to free them from the secret about the Old Willis Place that has been kept from them for so long.
