Benek was the father of Sarra Beneksri and grandfather of Daine the Wildmage. He taught Daine archery when she was little. Benek died when bandits attacked his home, and he then passed on to the Peaceful Realms. He was said to have had a sense of fun and play. Benek wasn't named in any of the novels, though his character was mentioned in the Immortals Series. His name has been assumed to be Benek based on known Gallan naming conventions.
