The staff of water was discovered by Sorceress Sarithiya Darklure and opened the door to the top of the Water Tower. After a suitable stretch of delighting in the torment of water magi, Sarithiya sold the water staff for a heavy sum of gold to Wisedeb Gandalf who ascended in power as mistress of the water tower.
