A Kolat Oyabun was an intermediate level of the Kolat organization. The Oyabun was under the command of a Kolat Master and was the leader of a kolat cell of servants. This organization was made to keep the secrecy between levels, reducing the risk of exposing the Masters if a servant was uncover and caught.
