Damien Chase is the NPC postal courier in Protector's Enclave. He delivers items sent to your mailbox from other players, characters, the auction house, etc. To collect an item you must talk to him. He is located at the northern stair between the Tarmalune Auction House, Seven Suns Coster Market, and the Grand Emporium.
