Predictor@Home, or ProteinPredictorAtHome (PPAH), is a distributed computing project run by The Scripps Research Institute to predict protein structure from protein sequence, testing and evaluating algorithms and methods in the context of the Sixth Biannual Critical Assessment of Techniques for Protein Structure Prediction. Predictor is a pilot project of the Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing (BOINC) and runs on Windows, Mac and Linux (x86) machines.
