The first issue went on sale May 22, 2008 to coincide with the theatrical release of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and began reprinting the comic adaptation of the movie from Dark Horse Comics. Two issues were published in the months of July and October. The publication was discontinued with the printing of issue 9 on November 13, 2008.
