Known as the Serpent of the South, Stygia is a decadent theocracy and is characterized by being xenophobic, inscrutable, and obsessed with the subjects of death and immortality. Stygia is a land descending into darkness and chaos as the Dark Lord exerts more and more control via his loyal servant the Grand Vizier, Thoth-Amon, a self-proclaimed sorcerer-priest with vast powers.
