RAD Video Tools is a set of video encoding tools by RAD. These include a player and converters to and from the Bink and Smack video formats, as well as tools to create executable files that run the video clips. In Command & Conquer games, the Bink format was used in Red Alert 2, Yuri's Revenge, Generals and Zero Hour. Emperor: Battle for Dune also saw its use.
