NCIS Agent was an Agent who was seen in the Evidence Garage, listening to Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo give the unnamed Agent and other Agents a "pep talk" or rather briefing in regards to a dangerous serial killer who was due to arrive at NCIS during Mind Games (episode). While this was going on, the agent yawned, causing DiNozzo to ask if he was boring the unnamed Agent.
