Ramon Machado, known as the "kingmaker," was the trainer for mixed martial arts fighter Salvatore Silva. Before the Professional Reality Fighting Championship at the Staples Center, Machado and Silva visited Mark Kendall in the training room. Translating for Silva, who only spoke Portuguese, Machado said the veteran fighter wanted to wish him luck, but then, laughing, clarified that it was only because he'd rather fight Kendall than his opponent, Jake Webb.
