James Tiberius Shank is the ewarden of Rapeville State Penitentiary. Shank is an elderly southern man in a white and pink suit. When Mr. Larrity, a friend of his, suspected his employees of stealing from him he asked Shank to scare them strait in his prison. He agreed, eager for an opertunity to ask him to fund his dream of turning Rapeville into an amusement park. He is extremely brutal to his inmates, on one occasion shooting one out of a cannon into a wall. One of his inmates, Hondo, Cut him in half with a machete, killing him instantly.
