The Fellowship of Magestar was a rag-tag group of people who met in the Magestar in Aison in 1003 AE. The group was led by René Iscariot and BoB the Jaguar. Their objective was to search for the fabled stone, the Cricket Ball of Magic, and use its powers to weaken the dark magics of Distreyd Thanadar XII and thus give the oppressed kingdoms a chance to break free from the yoke of Yamato and the Clergy of Mardük. The fellowship gained additional members along the way and their quest eventually led them to Remon where they joined forces with the Grand Alliance and participated in the Great War that followed.
