Mystical Energy Organ has been described as the "strangest wind technique of them all". It forms a small mouth organ out of the air, which has strange abilities. To activate any of them, it first must imprint the opponent's chakra, by the user sucking it into the organ forcibly. Then, it can begin to forcibly blow it out of its possessor, to augment its strength, or, in the case of an outside influence such as a Bijuu, to tinker with it and possibly place it under the jutsu's user's control.
