Henri Vladovich, a non-Legislaturalist, joined the People's Navy as an officer. During his service, due to his poor personal abilities he was poorly regarded by his superior officers, to the point that his promotion to Lieutenant Commander was rejected all seventeen times it was submitted to a promotion board (the last one, of which Thomas Theisman was a sitting member, taking place just before the war), leaving him as a lieutenant for twenty-six T-years.
