Ur-Hekal is the Demon Overlord of Hate, one of the Demon Overlords who ruled the realm of Sheogh in Ashan. He and the other overlords were later overthrown, and Kha-Beleth, the Demon Sovereign, became the new ruler of the infernal land. As the Overlord of Hate, pit fiends and pit lords are his agents, and his physical appearance resembles them.
