Kermit the Frog is generally perceived as a rational leader, capable of juggling multiple tasks with calm and fervor. This is not, however, without its exceptions, as Kermit has often found himself in situations where he loses composure to the point of considerable exasperation. He's capable of holding his own in a heated argument and is not immune to flying off the handle as well as completely freaking out over conditions of considerable absurdity.
