House Norvo is a vassal house of House Karthmere. They rule over Fort Norvo and its dependencies, but it is currently contested by the Duchy of Leckentheid and the Principality of Voyatia. They are a knightly house, much like House Messys, and have manned Fort Norvo for generations, in an odd fashion of a hereditary martial title. WIP
