Kyril was a male Human of Slavic descent who served as chief medical officer of the USS O'Keefe in the early 2370s. He was perceived by Lieutenant Christine Vale as a man on the line between genius and insanity. When Starfleet Command ordered all crew aboard the O'Keefe to undergo blood screenings, Kyril covered the senior staff, while assistant chief of security Vale was assigned to test the rest of the crew.
