King Vulstaed was the King of Camlorn. Records of him date 3E 63. He is mentioned in the The Wolf Queen, Book I. Vulstaed had a daughter, Princess Quintilla, who was said to be the most beautiful princess in all of Tamriel. In 3E 63 Prince Pelagius visited his court. During his visit, the city-state was under attack by a great demon werewolf. Quintilla and Pelagius slayed the beast, and just a short while later Quintilla and Pelagius were married.
