Popular Girl is a magazine for teenage girls, seen in the episode "Popular Girls." Francine's sister Catherine is subscribed to this magazine, and the sisters both accidentally took each other's bookbags, and after Francine dumped everything out, her friends became aware of the magazine. Sue Ellen and Fern looked at the magazine to test how likable they would be, which would turn their friends away from them.
