The user claps their hands before creating an incredibly dense black hole that can be adjusted in size or and mass. The user can then simply throw the black hole at a target control it's movements telekinetically, or just slam it into an opponent. Anyone caught too close to it's event horizon is sucked in and sealed into an inescapable void of nothingness that only the user can release them from. This ability can also be used to seal away ninjutsu thrown at the user to be used offensively later.
