Arjagul Tarska Hesar was an officer in the Cardassian Army. He was eventually promoted by Legate Damar to the position of Idrig Arjagul (Field General) during the Dominion War. (The Dominion War Sourcebook: The Fires of Armageddon) Before his promotion, Hesar served as commander of Cardassian troops in the 16th Order.
