Kyashi lived a normal life with her parents Tora Urami and Mitsuki Urami, and her sister Sachi Urami. Tora wasn't much of a talker, only to his two daughters does he speak. He often pressured his daughters to become great ninja, sometimes to the point of stressfulness. However, the encouragement paid off, as Kyashi became a skilled Genin, while her sister was Jonin. Tora often also trained them, teaching them abilities through the Urami Clan's Kekkei Genkai, the ability to manipulate the human body. Her mother, however, was more kind-hearted and gentle, encouraging both Sachi and Kyashi to do well.
