Lokasenna is a powerful technique utilized only by those who have access to the Jotunn form. After the hand seals are formed, a powerful wave of chakra is sent out, which, given the Jotunn Technique's ability for chakra to operate independently, can infiltrate any chakra, no matter the strength, for at least some span of time, and creates a static, holding the opponent there. Snakes of fire, coated in acidic venom, rise from the target's back, and wrap themselves around them, locking in place by use of their fangs. This venom stops all techniques and jutsu, also preventing the opponent from being revived or saved by a Kinjutsu. It is rumored that the bones that are all that's left of the victims are the same utilized for Hunnin and Munnin.
