Sephiroth himself is 6'1". There is no canon measurement of Masamune, but proportional measuring of the original concept art for FFVII puts it at around 7'5", though it's substantially longer in Kingdom Hearts. Actually, I believe the sword itself is an even 6 feet. Although, there was no information as to what exactly that took into account (blade curvature, hilt, etc.)
