The Southern smob chain is a smob chain quest released on that requires 3 smobs to be hit in the southern regions of the world. The ultimate prize to the chain is the contents of a chest protected by the giant spider smob under Tarendrelle Village in Andor. Keys are acquired from the two prior smobs in the chain. Known rewards include high-end trinkets, weapons, armor, angreal, and money.
