The Ancestral Sword of the Seppun was the katana wielded by Seppun Fijimira, who died in the 4th century four days after he snatched from the air a poisoned arrow intended for the Emperor's son. Every bearer of the blade had died protecting the Emperor within three years of first drawing it.
