The Continuing Care Program is for long-term treatment at Kriegmoor Psychiatric Institute. The mission of the program is to: "provide unique personalized, comprehensive psychiatric and rehabilitative care". Each resident has an individualized treatment team consisting of a: * Primary care psychiatrist. * Assistance with the hospital's patient review board. * Nursing staff * Other qualified psychologists (as needed). Care decisions are made by the primary care psychiatrist with consultation with the director and the patient's family.
