Trapped (2009) was an ewrestling pay-per-view event produced by EWE. It took place on 13th February 2009 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas and featured talent from both Thunder and Xplosion. There were three main event-level matches at Trapped, a one-on-one match between World Heavyweight Champion The Outsider and 2009 Hero of WAR Xavier in a non-title match, and the two semi-final matches in the EWE Championship Tournament with Kevin Gillmore taking on Super Nova and Steven Hooke against Tommy Cage. Trapped was the first EWE ePPV not to feature a world title match.
