The Tiger Woman was the ruler of a small jungle kingdom, presumably located in Africa or India. After a group of explorers looted some of her kingdom's treasure, she travelled to America to take her revenge by killing each member of the exploration team. She did this using a blow gun that emitted a deadly powder which could petrify a living human almost instantly. She also brought several of the tribal warriors from her kingdom to complete the task, but the vicious Tiger Woman seemed to prefer doing her own dirty work when she could. She was eventually stopped by Madame Fatal.
