Unlike other stones, the change is permanent and the stone cannot be removed. * You must have a Repaired Shadow Stone from the Repaired Shadow Stone Quest in order to start this quest. * You will also need three Decanter of Essences to complete your Shadowfire Weapon. * To get the title "Honorary Shadow Hunter" you have to give a completed stone to Sarkin Killcrane, which means if you want both the title and the stone you will need to repeat the quest.
