He is your boss after you carnaged the Mafaya Gangsters in Wool St., and then he sends Joe away for dead. He is also in charge to protect the Ragnarok during the War of MorcuCity. He is also an undercover for MCPD (MorcuCity Police Dept.) as he works to attack the criminals that retaliate against law enforcement.
